Located within the Sub Base Platypus precinct in North Sydney, House of Airlie is a transformative, light-filled studio and event space designed for modern brands and creative gatherings. Spanning 190 square metres and flowing seamlessly into a leafy courtyard overlooking Neutral Bay, it offers a rare balance of calm, beauty and functionality.
Thoughtfully designed with luxe finishes throughout, the space has been curated for brand photoshoots, content creation, education and intimate events. Alongside venue hire, House of Airlie offers a considered collection of beauty experiences, from personalised makeup lessons to group classes and school holiday workshops.

The space includes two private skin clinic rooms, a kitchenette and a sun-filled studio floor designed for both function and flow.
The studio features eight dedicated beauty stations, each with mirrors, hair and makeup chairs, alongside a lounge area and open floor space for flexible use.
Mirrors can be reconfigured to open the studio for collaboration, workshops or group sessions.

Your host is RSA and First Aid qualified and available to assist with access, arrivals and general coordination throughout your booking.
